Each one of our customers will have an assigned Customer Vice President (CVP).  Each CVP has several years of VP level experience within start-up technology firms and is your customer facing sales representation.  VP experience is important to us because we have found that to be successful selling emerging technology, a sales professional must have extremely high levels of skill in communication, negotiating, relationship building, and sales process acumen.  Typically partnered with a Lighthouse Sales Telemarketing Rep, the two form a sales SWAT team, focused on your company solutions and services. 

The Lighthouse Sales Group sales process is architected to ensure the highest levels of customer input and feedback at every step of the customer engagement continuum.  We call this the Customer Acquisition Model. Each customer engagement provides deeper insight into improvements in messaging, product functionality, Business Case (cost savings), pricing structure, implementation approach, and competition.  These feedback elements enable us to fine tune all aspects of our sales process and tools, as well as provide invaluable input to Product Development, Marketing, Finance, and Services, and ultimately deliver the go-to-market strategy that will enable the highest winning % and our ability to “Cross the Chasm”.
