Jeff Lynch – President
Jeff Lynch has held senior management positions within start-up operations at GE, IBM, i2 and GT Nexus.

Mr. Lynch’s first start-up experience was with GE Retail Systems, a division of GE Capital.  As Global Sales Manager, his initial responsibilities were to work with Product Marketing and Development on a new ERP Platform based on Oracle’s latest RDBMS technology to ensure robust functionality, competitive differentiation, and effective market segmentation.

Once initial prototypes were developed, Mr. Lynch was able to close several enterprise transactions with customers throughout the United States and Asia.  Using a unique Strategic Development Partnership approach and GE’s Value Sales Methodology, he was able to close significant customer engagements and build strategic partnerships early on the product lifecycle, with minimal initial base functionality.

Leveraging his success at GE, Mr. Lynch went to IBM where he was Senior Principle within the newly created Consumer Driven Supply Chain (CDSC) organization. He headed up the National Sales and Solution Consulting team for IBM’s newly created analytical, planning and execution solutions. Mr. Lynch built the Sales and Solution Consulting organization, was responsible for national sales, worked with Marketing and Global Services on the go-to-market strategy, solution functional map, Marketing messaging, Pricing, and overall sales methodology.  He was awarded the IBM Golden Circle award in just his second year.

At i2 Technologies Mr. Lynch built the Retail Systems Division from inception to the number one division worldwide, in 2 years. He won the coveted “Top Industry Segment Award” amongst 12 industries and over 50 Vice Presidents and Directors, Worldwide. This impressive feat is maginifed by the fact that his industry was a start-up, with emerging solutions, as compared to mature industry segments that had up to 70% market share.

GT Nexus logoAs Vice President of Global Sales, Mr. Lynch’s responsibilities included global sales and solution consulting for GT Nexus’ enterprise logistics, analytics and supply chain solutions.  GT Nexus was a pioneer in the Software as a Service model (SAAS) for the global logistics industry.  Customers included Walmart, Home Depot, Xerox, P&G, Kmart, Cost Plus, Case New Holland, etc. Mr. Lynch was brought in to revamp the sales and solution consulting organization, bring sales process rigor into the company, and deliver a value-based sales methodology.
